Corrections & disputes
Anyone can request a correction: programs, coaches, parents. Email hello@stlteamfinder.com with the listing link and, if you can, a link to an official page showing the right information.
Our timelines
| Request | What we do |

| Any request | We acknowledge it within 1 business day. |
| A child's information, a photo, or contact details pointing to a private person | Removed within 24 hours, then reviewed. |
| Wrong date, cost or other fact, with a link to proof | Fixed within 2 business days. |
| Disagreement about how a listing is categorized, with evidence | A person reviews it and decides within 5 business days. |
| Request without evidence | We explain what published information we'd need to make a change. |
Asking to be removed
A program that doesn't want to be listed can ask. A person reviews every removal request.
The same timelines apply to every program. Paying for a placement (if we ever offer one) never affects a correction decision.
